Common Questions

What do I need to bring?

  • Comfortable layers of clothes that are easy to move in; no perfumes or scents, please
  • Bare feet and an empty stomach
  • Your own yoga mat or towel

Mats are available for sale, and if you’re traveling, we do have a few emergency mats but they are not for regular use. For your own comfort and hygiene it’s best to use your own.

Are there supplies for sale?

We sell environmentally friendly mats in two thicknesses and 3 colors.
We usually have our beautiful cushions for sale as well. These are available before or after class, just ask your teacher.

Who can do yoga?

Everyone can do yoga! Yoga is non-competitive and is meant to be helpful to all body types, strengths and flexibilities. Sometimes the people who think they’re too stiff for yoga are the ones who appreciate the effects immediately!

What else should I know?

Come a few minutes early so you can settle in and relax. If it’s your first class, you’ll need to complete an Information/Release form before you begin.
