Whether your’re beginning or experienced, these sessions help you become joyfully embodied, find calmness and focus, and learn lifelong tools for grounding, steadiness, and empowerment.

Pam Jackson has been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 20 years. She finds that yoga provides the perfect balance of effort and ease in living a wholehearted life! Along with yoga and meditation, Pam integrates her own life wisdom with other healing forms including Ayurveda studies and Empowerment Workshop training.
