Refund Policies
Class sessions: After the first week, classes are non-transferable and non-refundable except for serious health reasons. In the case of illness or injury, if you let us know immediately, or if you cancel before the session begins, we will grant refunds of unused classes minus a $15 processing fee. 

Workshops: Please call the office, 871-8274, (no emails please) if you need to cancel and would like a refund or credit (less $10 processing fee). We cannot refund workshops with less than 24 hours notice.

• Prices are for one class per week unless noted. Payment or deposit is necessary to hold your place. Please consider yourself enrolled in your first choice unless you hear from us. When you enroll online, you will receive email confirmation.
• Choose your class considering your level and your own schedule. It is important, especially for beginners, to attend the same class regularly because each class builds on the previous one. We also encourage attending the same class each week to help build community.
• Make-ups: Missed classes may be made up during the session by calling 24 hrs. ahead to schedule as long as there is space. Makeups must be done within the same session. If you have a planned absence, you may do your makeup ahead of time. Makeups are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to cancel a class or workshop if enrollment is insufficient.
• Other Notes: 10% discount off regular registration for seniors 68+ and full-time students. No discounts off the 2-class/week fee. Payment plans and occasionally partial work/study available. Late registrations accepted on a pro-rated basis. Scholarship for part of the session fee is sometimes available; please contact Pam directly for more info.
