Sit, stand, or lie down comfortably. Slowly move your awareness through your senses.
Become aware of your feet touching the ground.
Feel the air touching your skin.
Be aware of your breath moving in and out of the body.
Close your eyes and notice light, colors, shapes & shadows from the inside.
Notice any tastes and smells.
Listen for sounds all around you.
Notice how this awakens your senses and presence. When you’re ready to move on to whatever is next, begin slowly.
