
Restorative workshop: Flow & Let Go
Saturday, March 10, 2-4 pm $25
We begin with a gentle flow designed to warm up the body, awaken prana, and incorporate breath into movement. We’ll slowly transition into a soothing restorative practice. Restorative poses make use of blankets, blocks, cushions, and other props and are held for several minutes at a time. They are designed to remove toxic buildup in the body as well as boost the immune system. Give yourself the gift of releasing tension with support and flooding the body with happiness and bliss! The Subtle Body

Filling the Well: Yoga & Meditation retreat
