Friday evening, June 8, 6-8 pm $25
Through the yoga of ease and non-effort, and using yoga props to fully support the body, you’ll be guided into supported backbends, hip-openers, twists, forward bends and inversions. Poses are held for several minutes to have a deep effect on the body-mind-spirit connection. Suitable for all levels of experience. Led by Jen Queally.
